UtterFlow is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your speech, transcriptions, and personal data never leave your device. We built this app to prove that powerful speech tools don't require sending your voice to the cloud.
All speech recognition happens on your device.
UtterFlow uses Apple's on-device speech recognition framework. Your audio is processed locally and never transmitted to any external server. No recordings are stored. Transcription text exists only in the app's active session.
UtterFlow does not collect any personal data.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your speech, transcription text, usage patterns, or any personal information. We do not operate servers that receive data from the app.
UtterFlow requires microphone access to perform live transcription. This permission is requested through the standard visionOS permission dialog. Audio from the microphone is processed in real time for transcription and is not recorded or stored.
App preferences and settings are stored locally on your device using standard visionOS storage. No user data is synced to external services.
UtterFlow does not use analytics, tracking tools, or third-party analytics services. We do not track how you use the app or what you say.
UtterFlow does not connect to any third-party services. All functionality operates entirely on your device.
All data is stored locally on your device. You may delete all app data at any time by removing the app from your device.
