The pop-out window is a transparent overlay that displays your captions in your spatial environment. Place it anywhere in your space and it will float there, showing live text while you use other apps.

Yes. UtterFlow uses on-device speech recognition. No internet connection is required for transcription.

No. All speech processing happens entirely on your device. No audio or transcription data is transmitted anywhere. We do not operate servers that receive your data.

Transcriptions exist only during your active session. When you close the app or start a new session, previous transcription text is not persisted.

Make sure microphone access is granted in Settings > Privacy > Microphone > UtterFlow. Also check that the microphone is not being used by another app in exclusive mode.

Speech recognition accuracy depends on background noise, speech clarity, and the device's processing capabilities. Try speaking more clearly or reducing background noise. Performance improves in quieter environments.

Open the UtterFlow command center and tap the pop-out button again. The overlay window may have been closed or moved outside your visible area.
