By downloading or using UtterFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Unshackled Pursuit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UtterFlow for personal and commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
UtterFlow uses on-device speech recognition to transcribe audio in real time. Transcription accuracy depends on factors including speech clarity, background noise, language, and device capabilities. UtterFlow is not intended as a medical, legal, or official transcription service. Do not rely on it for situations requiring verbatim accuracy.
UtterFlow may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
You agree not to use UtterFlow to transcribe conversations without the consent of all participants where required by law. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording and transcription in your jurisdiction.
UtterFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate transcription. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unshackled Pursuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of UtterFlow.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use ofUtterFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
